The Challenge.
Rockland Kosher Deli is a full-service delicatessen servicing the Monsey area for many years.
They offer an array of takeout options as well as prepackaged grab and go food containers.
They required a rebrand that will identify them in a memorable way and transmits the feeling of togetherness that food evokes. In addition, It was vital for their brand to communicate a “ good food is sold here” vibe to attract it’s consumer base.
The Solution.
Going with the colors of a paprika, a popping red/orange was paired with grass green to create a visual that screams. Additionally, red is known to increase appetite, making it a smart choice for the food industry.
Pairing the paprika icon with a clean simple design, creates a visual that catches attention instantly. Furthermore, organically shaped circles were incorporated throughout the brand to reflect a more inviting and approachable mood.
Aesthet Nova is a classic serif font, with rounded edges. It’s simple, straightforward yet distinctive enough to make it stand out. It represents the food industry phenomenally and offers a unique voice that works right along with the rest of the brand design.
